Needed items

To Build an Arduino based Bluetooth Remote control system that will allow you to use your Android Based Smartphone to control your robot with; you will need to gather the following items:

An android based Smartphone that is Bluetooth capable.
Arduino Uno Microcontroller.
HC-06 Bluetooth module.
A small solders breadboard.
Two 100 ohm resistors.
Elegoo multicolor wire kit (or equivalent) with various types of ends on each side.
Some thicker wires that can handle the heaver electrical current of the DC drill motors driving the wheels.
Printer USB cable to attach the Arduino to a computer.
A computer with the Arduino IDE installed on it and tested.
An 8 Relay Module.
