Discussion related to Learning outcomes program goals and textbook / tests.
3. Instructional
Presentations such as:

Basic definitions and Technology Contrast
•
Differences in Robots and Pop Culture Concepts (1st Presentation).
•
Basic electronic concepts
•
A brief introduction to Arduino Programming
•
A brief introduction to coding in G-Code for CNC operation.
Lunch – Institutional Provided 12:00pm.
5. Hands on construction of an Arduino based “Bluetooth
linked smartphone” remote control system. (Possibly a display demo… Will
decide with the participants at time of construction)
a. This is to give experience in
construction.
b. Group discussion regarding “Best practices” and
“Lessons learned” from class experience
c. Electrical wiring and
programing/configuration.
6. Going over an example of the rules of the last
“Tin-Man Competition” and “ROBOX”
a. Using previous Rules and
Contents as an example.
